Robert thinks Christmas all year round. He starts in January by taking stock of Christmas past & then starts planning for the coming year. All spring you will find him haunting warehouses& looking through catalogues to find just the right items. During the summer months the deliveries arrive, are inspected & the planning begins. Where will this go, what to do with that, call customers with special requests. The second week of October starts it off - organized chaos. As December nears the store turns into fairyland. Tree trimmings, linens, candles, holiday scents & delectable tastes.

For the tree - highly collectable ornaments from Dept 56, Seasons of cannon falls,Delight, Blown glass from Europe, and for the mantel & table, unique and quality items from Europe & Britain.
 

 

 
  •  Comestibles
 Robert spends his most favorite time tasting the delicious items he buys for filling stockings, baskets, & for home entertaining. Chocolates, cookies, jams & teas. There is always something special for the kids & Santa too.
  •  Fragrance
 At Robert Barkley the scent of Christmas is everywhere. Candles, potpourri, sprays & oils are provided by The Thymes, Earth Elements and Crabtree & Evelyn.
