2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Butter
1.5 teaspoon VE Curry Dip Mix
.5 lb cashew nuts
3 twist VE Sea Salt
1. Preheat oven to 325° F (160° C). 2. Combine first three ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for approximately 30 seconds, or until butter and honey are melted and mixed with VE Curry Dip Mix. 3. Stir cashews into melted mixture. Evenly spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, sprinkle with VE Sea Salt and bake for 10 – 15 minutes, stirring at least once. Nuts will be slightly brown and aromatic when done.
Tip – Try with macadamia nuts or almonds.
