19 oz chickpeas
.25 cup peanut butter
3 teaspoon VE Hummus Dip Mix
1 teaspoon VE Thai Seasoning
.33 cup lemon
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon olive oil
Drain chickpeas. Process in a blender until smooth. Add liquids and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and well mixed. When serving: Garnish with sprig of cilantro or parsley and whole black olives. Serve with toasted pita crisps.
Pita Crisps Cut 1 pita into 2 round disks. On the inside of the shell spray with oil using our sprayer pump. Sprinkle disks with Louisiana Hot & Spicy, and cut into triangles. Toast in 325 oven for 15 minutes or until crisp. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
