Mexican Hot Chocolate

.25 cup VE Pure Cocoa
.25 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon VE Cinnamon
1 cup hot water
4 cup milk
1.Whisk VE Pure Cocoa and white sugar together in multi pot. Slowly add hot water and whisk to create a smooth paste.
2.Whisk in milk and heat over medium high heat, stirring until steaming. Pour into heated mugs and serve.
Note: For ‘adult’ hot chocolate add a measure of Kahlua.
