Hot Taco Dip

1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon VE Taco Seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 cup VE Poco Picante Salsa; prepared

1. Brown ground beef with VE taco seasoning. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste. 2. Layer beef mixture, in oven proof or microwave safe dish, with light sour cream, VE salsa and cheese. Heat until cheese is bubbly. 3. Enjoy with taco chips
