Turkey Salsa Layer Dip

1 lb ground turkey
1 tablespoon VE Taco Seasoning
1 cup sour cream
1 recipe VE Fruit Salsa; prepared
1.5 cup cheddar cheese; grated
4 single green onion
1. Heat an Eclipse® coated professional frying pan to medium and lightly mist with vegetable oil. Add ground turkey and VE Taco Seasoning and cook until meat is no longer pink. Remove from pan and cool to room temperature. 2. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). 3. Spoon cooked ground turkey into bottom of ovenproof dish. Top with light sour cream, prepared VE Fruit Salsa and grated cheese. 4. Sprinkle green onions over top and bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and pleasantly browned. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted bread for dipping. Tip – Add extra layers with refried beans and prepared VE Guacamole.
