1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoon Sugar
.5 teaspoon VE Sea Salt
.5 teaspoon VE Pepper
.5 teaspoon VE Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon VE Hummus Dip Mix
2 cup unsalted nuts
1. Preheat oven to 275° F (135° C). 2. Whisk first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl. Add nuts and mix until evenly coated. 3. Spread nuts in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 4. Bake until golden, 50 minutes to 1 hour. Per serving: Calories 220, Fat 18 g (Saturated 2.5 g, Trans 0 g), Cholesterol 0 mg, Sodium 45 mg, Carbohydrate 13 g (Fibre 2 g, Sugars 0 g), Protein 6 g.
