1 cup beans; pureed
1 tablespoon VE Pueblo Bean Dip Mix
.33 cup red bell pepper; minced
2 teaspoon VE Louisianna Hot & Spicy Dip Mix
2 teaspoon lemon juice
.3 cup red onion; minced
1 tablespoon VE Pesto
4 tablespoon yogurt
3 tablespoon wheat bran

Combine all ingredients and eat with baked Pita Chips.
