Cheese & Jalapeno Cornbread

.75 cup cornmeal
.5 teaspoon VE Sea Salt
1.25 cup milk
1 tablespoon VE Cheese & Jalapeno Dip Mix
1 cup flour
1 single egg
.33 cup Sugar
.25 cube vegetable oil
1 tablespoon VE Baking Powder

Combine cornmeal and milk and let stand for 10 minutes. Combine flour, sugar, Baking Powder, salt and Dip Mix in large bowl. Add egg and oil to cornmeal mixture and mix well. Add wet mixture to dry and stir to combine. Cook at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes in rectangular baking dish. This cornbread is a great accompaniment to soup or chili.
