6 single pitas
.25 cup olive oil
.5 teaspoon VE Mandrais Curry
1 teaspoon lemon
1 twist VE Sea Salt
1 twist VE Pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).

2.Whisk together olive oil, VE Madras Curry and lemon juice.

3. Brush both sides of the 6 pitas with spiced oil mixture.

4. Stack the pitas and cut into 8 pieces.

5. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. (Make sure pitas do not overlap).

6. Grind VE Sea Salt and VE Pepper over all.

7. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Serve hot or at room temperature.
