Chicken Fajitas

4 single chicken breast; strips
1 single red bell pepper; strips
1 single yellow pepper; strips
1 single green bell pepper; strips
1 single onion; strips
1 serving VE Guacamole; prepared
1 single VE Poco Picante Salsa; prepared
1 tablespoon VE Spanish Seasoning
1 tablespoon VE Fajita Seasoning
1 teaspoon VE Citrus Garden Sansel
1 teaspoon VE Red Garlic Sansel
1 teaspoon VE Sea Salt
1 teaspoon VE Pepper
1 single lemon
1 cup cheddar cheese; grated
6 single tortilla shells

Stirfry the chicken in oil in the VE Wok, add VE Fajita and VE Spanish seasoning, stir fry until chicken in cooked through. Add the juice of 1 lemon, season to taste with VE Citrus Garden Sansel, VE Red Garlic Sansel, VE Sea Salt and VE Pepper.

Add all veggies and stir fry until tender.

Add fajita mixture, guacamole, salsa and grated cheese to flour tortillas, wrap and enjoy!
