Lemon Foccacia Chicken

4 single chicken breast
1 tablespoon VE Foccacia
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon lemon peel; grated
1 single juice of 1 lemon

Mix together Foccacia Seasoning, olive oil, lemon peel and lemon juice. Pour mixture over chicken pieces and marinate for up to 2 hours. Grill on barbecue or bake on wire rack, basting occassionally with reserved marinade.
