Oven Fried Ranch Chicken

1 cup bran flakes; crumbs
2 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoon VE Poultry Seasoning
1 twist VE Salt
1 twist VE Pepper
4 single skinless bone in chicken
.5 cup VE Ranch Dressing Mix; prepared

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). In plastic bag, combine corn flake crumbs, flour, VE Poultry Seasoning and VE Sea Salt and VE Pepper.


2. Lightly brush chicken pieces with VE Ranch Dressing and place in plastic bag, two at a time. Shake until well coated.


3. Arrange on a VE Parchment-lined baking sheet and cook 20 – 25 minutes. Turn and cook approximately 15 minutes more, or until chicken is fully cooked.


4. Cool to room temperature, refrigerate and pack in a portable cooler for a picnic.
