Brandied Peaches

1 cup VE Hot Butter Rum
.25 teaspoon VE Cinnamon
4 single peaches; halved peeled

In a saucepan, melt the HOT BUTTERED RUM MIX with the CINNAMON. In a shallow baking dish, arrange peaches, cut side down and spoon brandy mixture over them. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally. Serve with Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
