.5 cup Butter
.75 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon VE Lemon Chiffon Dip
2 single egg
.5 cup milk
1.5 cup flour
1 teaspoon VE Baking Powder
.5 teaspoon VE Sea Salt
Cream butter, sugar and Lemon Chiffon Fruit Dip Mix. Add eggs. Cream together. Add milk. Mix. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Bake for 50- 55 minutes at 350. For Icing: mix cream cheese with cool whip or icing sugar. Add Tbsp of Lemon Chiffon. Drizzle melted chocolate on top or sprinkle Edible Blossoms. Glaze: mix 2 Tbsp sugar, 2 Tbsp VE Lemon Chiffon Fruit Dip Mix and 2Tbsp water and pour over top. Cool and remove from pan. Enjoy!
