.5 cup brown sugar
.5 cup Sugar
.5 cup Butter
1 single egg
1 teaspoon VE Cinnamon
1 teaspoon VE Vanilla
1 cup flaked almonds
1 teaspoon VE Baking Powder
1 large banana; mashed
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Lightly grease a 9” (23 cm) square baking dish.
2. With hand or stand mixer, cream both sugars with butter. Add egg, VE Cinnamon and VE Vanilla Extract, beating until well combined.
3. Gradually add flour and VE Baking Powder, followed by banana.
3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool, cut into bars and wrap.
Substitue VE Poudre Douce for VE Cinnamon
