398 ml artichoke hearts; drained, chopped
798 ml diced tomatoes; well drained
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan; grated
.5 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
2 tablespoon VE Sundried Tomato Dip Mix
2 tablespoon VE 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 teaspoon VE Poco Picante Salsa
3 tablespoon bread crumbs; finely chopped
1 cup red bell pepper; diced
Mix ingredients and pour into lightly greased glass casserole dish. Bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes.
