Dijon Tarragon Baked Salmon

.5 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon VE Dijon Tarragon Dip Mix
.25 tablespoon lemon juice
1.5 lb salmon fillet

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together mayonnaise with 1 Tbs.. DIJON TARRAGON and white wine vinegar or lemon juice. Spread over center- cut salmon fillet, skin side down, in a roasting pan. Cover tightly with heavy foil and bake for 35 minutes. Uncover pan and broil until topping is deep golden brown (about 5 minutes).
