Herb Rubbed Salmon

1 tablespoon VE Tyee Fish Rub
1 tablespoon VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 teaspoon VE Seafood & Fish Seasoning
.5 cup mayonnaise
4 single salmon fillet

1. Combine VE Tyee Fish Rub, VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and VE Seafood & Fish Seasoning with mayo. Rub onto both sides of fish and refrigerate for up to 1 hour. 2. Preheat oven to 400 F or BBQ to medium doneness 3. Place prepared salmon onto VE Parchment lined baking sheet or directly on grill and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Turn and continue to cook until fish begins to flake. Serve warm.
