Lemon Dilly Broiled Fish

2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon VE Minced Garlic
3 turns VE Sea Salt
3 turns VE Pepper
4 single fish fillets
2 tablespoon lemon juice; fresh
1 teaspoon VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 teaspoon VE Herb Mustard

Place fish fillets on parchment lined bun pan. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, crushed garlic, VE Sea Salt & VE Lemon Pepper. Spoon over fish fillets. Broil fish for 6 to 8 minutes, or until fish flakes. To serve, whisk lemon juice, VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and VE Herb Mustard and drizzle over baked fish. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
