Roasted Garlic Tuna Pasta

2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon VE Roasted Garlic
28 oz diced tomatoes
.5 teaspoon VE Greek Dressing Mix
.25 teaspoon VE Sea Salt
.5 teaspoon VE Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
.5 teaspoon VE Arrabbiata Pasta Mix
2 teaspoon VE Red Bell Pepper
1 lb pasta
.25 cup VE Parsley
2 can solid white tuna; separated
1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat; cook garlic, tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper and red bell peppers; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins.
2. Stir in olives and cook for 2 mins. longer. Meanwhile in a pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta for 6-10 mins. or until tender; drain immediately.
3. Toss the pasta with the parsley, tomato mixture and tuna. Serve.
