1 lb whole wheat pasta
56 oz diced tomatoes; canned
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoon VE Bruschetta
.5 cup parmesan; grated
3 twist VE Pepper
3 twist VE Sea Salt
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, olive oil, VE Bruschetta Herbs in large bowl. 3. Drain pasta and stir into bowl of tomato mixture. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with VE Sea Salt & VE Pepper. 4. Toss and serve with crusty bread.
Serving Suggestions:
Add sliced, grilled Italian sausages, cubed ham or cooked chicken.
