Broccoli & Red Pepper Stir-Fry

1 cup broccoli; fresh
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon molasses
1 medium red bell pepper; strips
1 teaspoon VE Poco Picante Salsa
1 teaspoon VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning
1. Cut the broccoli florets into bite size pieces. Peel and slice stems thinly. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together, water, soy sauce, molasses, and VE Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning. 3. Heat a large non-stick fry pan over medium high heat for 1 minute. Lightly spry with vegetable oil. 4. Stir-fry broccoli for 1 minute. Add red pepper and continue to fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until vegetables are tender crisp. Add soy sauce mixture, gently toss vegetables until coated. Serve immediately.
