Fajita Marinade

2 tablespoon VE Fajita Seasoning
2 tablespoon lime juice (fresh)
2 tablespoon canola oil

I sauté and then slice the chicken, but you can grill them as well. Cook sliced peppers and onions in a little oil and more Fajita seasoning. Serve in tortillas with prepared Epicure Guacamole and Salsa.
