4 single pork chops
2 single apple; cored, sliced, peeled
3 tablespoon brown sugar
.5 tes VE Cinnamon
1 teaspoon VE Foccacia
1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
2. Lightly spray EclipseŽ coated frying pan with oil. Brown pork chops over medium high heat for 2 minutes per side.
3. While pork chops are cooking, lightly spray ovenproof casserole dish with vegetable oil.
4. Place apples in bottom of casserole. Sprinkle with brown sugar, VE Cinnamon and VE Focaccia Bread Spices. Set aside.
5. Place pork chops on top of apples. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
