284 ml mandarin oranges; juice reserved
2.5 teaspoon seasame oil
2.5 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon VE Mediterranean Vinegar
.5 teaspoon VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning
1 turns VE Sea Salt
1 turns VE Pepper
4 cups spinach leaf
.25 cup almonds; sliced
Whisk together reserved mandarin juice with sesame oil, soy sauce, VE Mediterranean Vinegar, and VE Oriental Stir-fry Seasoning. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
Drizzle spinach leaves with dressing and toss. Top with mandarin segments and slice almonds
