Chipotle Beef & Guacamole Tortas

VE Minced Garlic, VE Pueblo Bean Dip Mix
1.5 lb ground beef
2 teaspoon VE Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon VE Chipotle Chili
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon VE 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 tablespoon VE Pueblo Bean Dip Mix
3 twist VE Sea Salt
3 twist VE Pepper
4 large crusty rolls
1 large tomato
1 cup VE Guacamole; prepared
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Season with freshly ground VE Sea Salt and VE Pepper.
2. Form into 4 patties, approximately the same size as buns.
3. Grill patties over medium high heat, browning both sides and making sure the internal temperature of the cooked patties is 160° F (70° C).
4. Top with tomato slices and VE Guacamole Dip.
