Curried Tuna Pitas

7 oz tuna; drained, flaked
1 tablespoon VE Mandrais Curry
1 single celery stalk; chopped
1 small onion; diced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 single green apple
2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 single whole wheat pitas
Combine mayonnaise, VE Curry and lemon juice. Add celery, green onion, apple and tuna. Let Curried Tuna Salad chill before serving. Cut pita rounds in half. Line the pita pockets with lettuce or sprouts and fill with Curried Tuna Filling
