1 lb roast; sliced thin
1 lb ham; sliced, thin
1 lb potato; mashed
1 tablespoon VE Beef & Steak Rub
1 tablespoon VE Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip Mix
1 tablespoon VE Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
1 cube motzarella cheese; grated
1 cube sour cream

1. Grease a 9x9 pyrex baking dish. 2. Place 1/2 of sliced beef in bottom of dish, then put a layer of ham. 3. Add layer of motza cheese with a little sour cream and VE Herb & Garlic Mix. 4. Add another layer of ham. 5. Add another layer of beef, sprinkle with VE Beef & Steak Rub. 6. Top with mashed potatoes, while mashing add VE Cheese, Chives & Bacon

Bake until heated through, about 45 minutes at 350F
