1 can tuna
.25 cup cucumber; chopped
1 tablespoon VE 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 small dill pickle; diced
.25 cup mayonnaise
4 single whole wheat tortillas
.25 cup lettuce; shredded
.5 cup cheddar cheese; shredded

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine tuna, cucumber, VE 3 Onion Dip Mix, dill pickle and mayonnaise.

2. Spread approximately 1/3 cup (80 ml) tuna mixture over flour tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and cheese.

3. Roll up tightly in plastic wrap.

Serving Suggestion: include some VE Salsa for dipping.
