Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Marinade

2 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon VE Oriental Stir-Fry Seasoning
2 teaspoon VE Chili Peppers

Whisk all ingredients together. Use for stir fry or marinade chicken or salmon. Great to dip Chinese dumplings in.
