Jamaican Jerk Marinade

1 small onion
2 teaspoon VE Minced Garlic
1 single orange; juiced
1 single lime juice (fresh); juiced
2 tablespoon VE Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tablespoon soy sauce
.25 cup olive oil

Whisk all ingredients together. Pour over pork chops or chicken pieces. Marinate for up to 1 hour. Grill as usual.
