Oriental Stir-fry Marinade

2 tablespoon VE Oriental Stir-fry
.5 teaspoon VE Ginger Powder
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon VE Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Use this for stirfries, or just grill the chicken as is. Goes great in Thai noodle salad . If using in a stirfry, cook meat, remove, then add veggies according to how quickly they cook - carrots/broccoli first, then onion/red pepper, etc and mushrooms/pea pods last. Add approx 1-1 ½ cups water, 2 tbsp soy sauce, ½ chicken cube,1 tbsp Oriental stirfry seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. When it comes to a boil, thicken with 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp water. Stir till it re-boils. Serve with rice
