Teriyaki Marinade

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
.75 cup brown sugar
.25 cup worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoon VE Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon VE Chives
4 teaspoon VE Minced Garlic
1 teaspoon VE Ginger Powder

In Medium bowl, mix all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.

Marinate chicken, steaks or other meats in marinade for at least 2 hours before grilling. Overnight is best if possible.
