Scalloped Potatoes

3 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon Salt
.25 teaspoon VE Pepper
2 cup milk
4 can potato; sliced, thin
3 tablespoon VE Cheese, Chives & Bacon Dip Mix
Layer potatoes and Dip Mix in a greased 9x 13' casserole dish. Repeat layers. To make sauce melt butter and add seasonings and flour. Stir in milk. Microwave on high for about 8 minutes, stirring half way through. Pour sauce over the top of sliced potatoes. Cover and microwave on high for 15-20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Top with crushed corn flakes and grated cheddar.
