Zippy Roasted Potatoes

6 medium potato
.33 cup olive oil
.5 teaspoon VE BBQ Rub
.5 teaspoon VE Oven Roast
3 turns VE Sea Salt

Chop potatoes in wedges. Soak potatoes in ice cold water for 5 minutes (separates some of the starch). Drain water and lay potoatoes on large baking pan or roasting pan. Pat dry with clean towel.

Combine all other ingredients, drizzle over potatoes and toss until evenly coated. Bake in oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes. Once potatoes are done, grind VE Sea Salt until taste is right for you.
