The Ministry of Public Safety & Solicitor General
The Government of BC funds over 150 programs, run by non-profit agencies and local police detachments, that provide information about the justice system, practical help, emotional support and referrals to other appropriate programs.  The Ministry is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of violence prevention programs and response services.

Ministry of Housing and Social Development
Employment & Labour Market Services Division
is responsible for providing all British Columbians with the tools they need to thrive and prosper in the workplace and community.

Ministry For Children And Family Development
This ministry works to ensure that vulnerable children and families have the best chances possible to succeed and thrive.  The Ministry is responsible for Child Protection and Family Development; Early Childhood Development and Special Needs  Children and Youth; Adult Community Living Services; Youth Justice, Child and Youth Mental Health, and Youth Services.

Canadian Women's Foundation
The Canadian Women's Foundation is Canada's only national foundation dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls.  CWF is working to end violence against women, move low-income women  out of poverty and empowering girls with confidence. 

Northern Health Authority
The Northern Health Authority is responsible for the delivery of health care across Northern British Columbia, including acute care, mental health, public health, addictions, and home and community care.

Ministry of Advanced Education
The purpose of the Ministry's  Community Literacy sector is to enhance adult literacy activities in BC, to encourage and improve community literacy partnerships, and to encourage active involvement from all sectors of society in the improvement of adult literacy education in our province.

BC Yukon Society of Transition Houses
The B.C./Yukon Society of Transition Houses (BCYSTH) is a non-profit association of transition houses, safe homes, second stage houses, and other groups which serve the needs of abused women and their children.

Infant Development Program of BC
This purpose of this organization is to promote ethical and professional standards among its membership of Infant Development Consultants and Associate Members.

2010 Legacies Now ~ Literacy
The Literacy Now Communities planning process builds community networks, partnerships and relationships to support literacy programming across BC.
