Return materials instructions: Failure
to follow these instructions will result in your claim being rejected,
and/or your package will be "returned to sender". For warranty work, refund claims, service, or repair
after warranty use regular post (mail) for returning units or
parts to AutoWindow. Do not use courier
service or delivery confirmation without making prior
arrangements. Customs / Duty / Export / Import / Broker
documents with the package must be marked with the following
information: description "electronic
parts", include words "Return to Manufacturer for Repair",
country of original manufacture is "Canada", declared value of
"$1 CAD" (one dollar Canadian funds). Shipping and handling costs
will not refunded and do not form of any part of a claim. Any import
fees,
duty or taxes levied on your package due to failure of following these
instructions will be deducted from the claim, or charged back to you,
and/or
the claim may be rejected.
Repairs: A cost estimate will be sent using e-mail
to the address you provide for confirmation
before making repairs. Warranty replacement,
repair, parts and service are all no-charge.
Payment will be required for servicing off-warranty
goods. Return shipping for all products is flat rate CAD$15 for
Express
/ airmail. Use PayPal "websales@autowindow.com"
to pay for any quoted repair plus return
shipping costs. Allow six to eight weeks
for repair, replacement, or credit to be
processed. Allow additional two weeks for replacement
product shipping to be received.
