Body Rolling Workshop
5 workshop series (3 hrs. once a month)

In this 5 workshop series we will exploire the bodymind continuum. The main modality will be Body Rolling. I will also be drawing on feldenkrais, breath & sound work, continuum movement practises & my training in somatic psychotherapy. Each month we will focus on & deepen our experience of different body areas and systems.

     * Note: Body Rolling is a technique that "re-educates" the Body.

This dynamic process creates length in the muscles and space in the joints. It works with the body's natural energy pathways, releasing contracted muscles and restrictive patterns of movement and creates change in the nervous system.

The results are improved alignment, an increase in range of motion, more energy, strength and fluidity in the body. People find it a powerful body-mind experience.

Using a 10 inch small ball, breath and sound work, we will create a space to move into ever deeper levels of healing.

Instructor: Saskia's background is in Rehabilitation Medicine, trained as an Occupational Therapist. She runs a Somatic Psychotherapy practise & is a Certified Body Rolling Teacher.
