Working with the Smartdesign Group Inc., Scientific Architecture's involvement in the transportation sector has included extensive renovations to the BC Ferries passenger terminals at Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen, as well as retail and lounge facilities at the Vancouver International Airport. Duty free retail outlets include specialty boutiques for luxury goods suppliers such as Hermes and Burberry. Scientific has also renovated facilities and provided planning for charter jet services at Vancouver's South terminal.
