Our 1928 Roadster was purchased in May 1987 at the Okotoks Car Auction. My intent that day was to bid on a 1968 Shelby Mustang however we had an opening of a community center that we just built. We were too late to bid on the Mustang however in looking around Doreen saw the Model A. It was about to be run through the auction again as the owner was not pleased with the original bidding. However this time he lifted the reserve price and said the car was going to sell.That is when Doreen said let's bid on the car. Well the rest is history as we enjoy the car, the Model A Club, and the people we meet. P.S.Yes we like our Shelby Model A. ... Norm
