The Club enjoyed an evening outing on July 12, 2000 with the weatherman providing his best. Eight Model A's converged in the Heritage Park lot where the shade provided by the trees was very much welcomed. After about a half hour of socializing and car tinkering we traveled as a group eastward along Heritage Drive to 11 St. S.E. and north to Rockin' Robins Diner where we were greeted at the door by their friendly staff. Additional Club members were waiting as well and 27 appetites were well satisfied by the great food that was served. Four door prize gifts donated by the restaurant were an added surprise.
