Foremost Industries Tour

On Oct. 17 , we were given a guided tour of Foremost's Tracked vehicle factory by Gary Callander. 
There were 25 members in attendance and we were taken into their Boardroom and given an orientation talk. From there we were shown the engineering department, and then on into the factory. We were shown the construction stages of some large Chieftan tracked vehicles being built for export to a Russian pipeline company. The tour included the whole assembly process from the basic frame construction through to the finished product. We were also shown some older machines being refurbished and a good look at a new continuous coil tubing drill to be delivered to a local gaswell drilling contractor.
