O.K.  I'm anything but a superstar.  Nonetheless, over the years I have enjoyed listening to punk rock, and have even had several bands.  Not all were very good, mind you, but it was a lot of fun.

Psychotic Rendition

This was my first band, if you would call it that.  I formed it while attending Northwest Community College in Terrace with my friend Juho Uuraslahti.  The band never showed any evidence of talent.

Castrated Turnip

My second band started sounding as bad as Psychotic Rendition until we "found our sound".  I formed this band with Ian Rheault (who is currently in Victoria band Micky Christ), in Kitimat in 1991.

Sid Died For Squid

My third band was formed in 1994.  I was invited by Derek Gleig, Gabe Gill and Walter Moreira (now of the Retreads) to join a band they were forming, which would become Sid Died For Squid.  Click on the following links for more on SDFS.

Micky Christ - Victoria band with former Castrated Turnip guitarist, Ian "Onion" Rheault, on guitar.  Sid Died For Squid opened for these guys at the Kitimat Hotel in 1995.
