PLEASE NOTE - this is a club... NOT a clinic. There are no programs offered. Each Triathlete is responsible for their own training schedule. We simply offer a network of triathletes looking for someone to train with. The club is free to join. We have no membership dues, and we do not canvas members or advertise. The club has grown simply by word of mouth. The fact that you are on this site is a direct result of hearing about us through a friend or fellow athlete. Welcome!

To Become a member simply send us your e-mail address so that we can add you to our database. Please rest assured that this e-mail will not be used for anything else but a means by which to contact you in the event that there is a change in our scheduled Swims, Rides or Runs. Other than that, check out the Calendar for where and when to show up, and join us for some good training company.

We always like to get together after a workout for a cup of coffee and a discussion on everything under the sun. (Tri related or not) This is a very social group and although our workouts vary in intensity, the bottom line is we like to enjoy our workouts and train within our limits. Anyone is welcome to join in and do as much or as little as they are comfortable with.
