Myles Pang has nearly two decades of experience in customer service with Five Diamond hotels and managing leading restaurants. Restaurants he personally managed had rising sales, happy staff and were under budget.

Myles Pang also has studied extensively in philosophy and is a certified marriage counselor and a literacy instructor for children as well as adults.

His aptitude for critical thinking is evidenced by his Honors Diploma as an Information Systems Programmer and successful work in that field as well; being the developer of IP Detective software at www.ipdetective.ca

Myles’ unique and diverse background alowed him to develop perspectives on customer service that have not been so tendered before.
