Personalized training of your customer service staff by Myles Pang is available through our organization.

Myles does not rely on lectures and the hope that "some of it will stick", but rolls up his sleeves and personally works with each staff member to clear up their personal barriers to success as a customer service rep.

Your corporate solution includes special tests developed by Mr. Pang that will discover the trouble areas that each of your customer service reps are having in their field. The goal is to find out what is "ruining" them as a CSR and get it handled.

Each staff memeber will do all the drills in the book until they have total certainty on the data and can apply it.
