start by opening your tube

open canvas 500 x 500 / white background

select your preset shape ~ anti alias and vector selected, line width 6, foreground light color from tube, background set to Null.  Draw out shape to fit canvas.  convert to raster layer.

Effects/ plugins/ cybia screen works.  choose fabric weave set at 0. click OK

Select inside of one circle, selections/ modify/ contract by 5.

On your tube go to Selection tool and choose circle, trace the area you want and copy  (see tag above).  Paste into selection. Repeat if you want all your circles filled with an image. Select none.

using magic wand, select inside the main shape.  right click on the raster layer and promote selection to layer. Selection/ modify/ expand by 4.  Flood fill with gradient,  foreground a color from your tube and background black.  choose sunburst/ invert/ 0 repeats. Select none, move layer under shape layer.

Hide white background layer and merge all visible. Add drop shadow with the following: v -2, h -3, opacity 61, blur 6, black.

Selection tool and select all.  selections/ invert/ modify/ contract by 8.  Floodfill choosing first foreground colour you chose from tube, click on textures and choose Letters 02. Select none.

Copy tube, paste as a new layer and arrange it to your liking. add same drop shadow as shape.

Add text.  I used size at 90/ stroke 3/ vector/ foreground black, background your colour chosen throughout tutorial.  Move in place to your liking. add drop shadow with v&h 0, opacity 100, blur 10, white.

Merge all flatten.  crop canvas or resize image to 75%.  if you resize you might have to sharpen. (adjust/ sharpen)

Adding a border.  Image/ add border/ colour used for shape outline, size 6.  Select border with magic wand, selections/ modify/ expand by 6, Effects/ plugin/ cybia/ screen works/ fabric weave/ 0

Add your watermark and all copyright information of artist.
