You will Need:
EC 4000~Glass
Text~ International
Palms
Mask~ © 200-kris
Tube of choice
Ok lets get started.. When
downloading files please keep the original names in
tact. The mask was graciously borrowed from MsKris
and it is her copyright.
Open new image with transparent
background 500X500. Open tube image and
Paste as a new layer into work space. Resize if you need
to and don't forget to sharpen if making smaller. Add
Drop Shadow:
H/V 2~ Transparency 80~ Blur 5~
Black
New Raster Layer, in layer palette
move under tube layer. choose your colours from
tube, foreground light and background dark. Choose
foreground as gradient with settings:
Radial~ Repeat 9~ Angle 0~ and
flood fill the layer.
New Raster Layer, make sure this is at
the top of layer palette. Exchange your dark
background colour and make it foreground. Flood
fill.
Go to Layers~ Load mask from
disk with settings:
200-kris©~ source luminance~ As
Is~ Invert transparency~ Hide all mask
choose your eraser tool and erase
parts of the mask you want your tube overlapping.
Now got to Effects/plugins:
EC~ Glass~ settings~ choose rough
cut and ok
New Layer. Selection Tool
Rectangle. start at one end of your work area
making the rectangle 500X50. Flood fill with your
light colour. On layer palette choose
overlay. Select none. Add Drop Shadow:
V/H 0~ Transparency 100~ Blur 10
Add Text~ size 48~ 0 stroke~ dark
colour Using Drop Shadow same as Tube.
Merge all flatten
Add Border~ size 5~ dark colour~
Select border with magic wand and repeat Glass effect.
Add your copyright information and
your watermark.
Save and you are done!
