Company President Mike Sheard has over twenty years police experience. He was a Director at the University of British Columbia (with sixty-thousand people on site daily), the Vice President of Canada's most innovative private security company, and a private corporate security consultant. He has also taught at a number of Colleges and Universities including The Justice Institute of BC, the Canadian Police College, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Fairmont Academy, the Saskatchewan Police College, the Atlantic Police Academy, and at a number of American Police Departments and Cities.
